When dealing with the report section you may be thrown into a loop of requests of username and password. To fix this:
1. Reset your Internet Explorer's Advanced Settings to Default
2. Under the Security tab add these sites to your trusted sites list:
http://lbi.scicompanies.com
https://www.scionesource.com/
http://pfreports.platformone.com/
3. Set the Trusted Sites Security Level to Low
4. Select the Privacy tab and add those sites to the Always Accept cookies list.
If you use Internet Explorer 8 after clicking on the Reports button you get a Security Warning message box asking if you want to view only the webpage content that was delivered securely, click No.

Going to Tools->Internet Options
Select the ‘Security’ tab
Click the ‘Custom Level’ button
In the ‘Miscellaneous’ section change “Display mixed content” to Enable
In the Downloads Section set "Automatic prompting for file downloads . . ." enable
3. Set the Trusted Sites Security Level to Low
